Please note: Students should be able to perform most of the skills in the previous class before advancing to the next. Students must be at least 3 years old to enter Guppies.

ADULT Water Exercise Shallow water exercise. Posted routines, music and good conversation! You control the level of intensity you desire. Those with orthopedic challenges may walk or exercise on their own. Class size limited. Note: Instructor may or may not be present in the pool during this time.
2024 Schedule
Private Lessons:
$35 per class x 4 classes = $140. 30 minutes per class.
Class limited to one individual; if a sibling is very close to the same skill level, two allowed. (Second sibling in same class = $15 x 4 classes= $60, total for two = $200.)
Note: Students should be at least five years old to participate in private lessons.

Group Lessons:
$45 per student includes 8 classes, two weeks, four classes per week. Seahorses, Guppies and Goldfish are 30 minutes (class size approximately 6).
All other classes are 40 minutes (class size approximately 8).

Text me at: 801-721-9484, identifying the session and class you desire, your name, and name and age of student(s). You will receive confirmation by text in return within two days. If you have any questions, please also text or leave a message, and I will be happy to text/call you back. **Students are registered in the order of texts received.**
Once you are signed up, please pay through Venmo: @DebbieJRowe Payment is due in full no later than two weeks before your session begins to confirm your registration. If you are unable to do Venmo, please pay by check or cash.
Group classes must have at least three participants or will be cancelled/rescheduled. If you desire a session at a different time, please let me know, as a time slot may open if other sessions are changed; or I can put you on a waiting list. No refunds for missed classes, as a spot has been reserved for you.
Waivers must be signed by the beginning of the first day of class. Printed waivers will be available at the first lesson for your signature or you may print and bring a signed form with you. Student will not be allowed in the pool w/o a current signed waiver.

THE POOL: The pool is 12' x 50' with a depth of 3.5' - 6'. It is on a salt generated system and UV light system, which requires much less chlorine than a public pool and is a superior sanitizer. The adjustable cover (which also protects against UV rays) provides comfortable swimming in all kinds of weather; however, in case of lightning or high winds, classes will be cancelled.

REQUIREMENTS: Waiver (provided first day of class) must be signed or student will not be allowed in the pool. Students will be required to obey all safety rules. No one is allowed in the pool without the teacher present.
All toddlers under three and those not potty-trained are required to wear swim diapers and plastic pants. Please do not bring any toys from home and make sure that long hair is tied back. Please do not wear jewelry in the pool, as rings and earrings tend to get lost. No street shoes allowed in pool.
Parents are welcome to observe classes but are asked to not interfere with instruction. Please keep your child home for any illnesses. Children are not allowed to play in the yard or go west of the planter boxes. Please respect that this is private property and supervise, at all times, your children who are not in the pool.
